Here's how bike leasing for refurbished bikes works at your company
Register as an employer
Would you like to offer your employees the option to lease a refurbished bike? Then sign up as an employer with Lease a Bike. If you’re already registered, you can get started right away.
Portal Setup
Once registration is complete, the implementation begins. You set the company policies in the online portal. What is the maximum purchase price for a bicycle? How many bikes can an employee lease? You will receive a personalized registration link, which you can then share with your employees. The registration process is entirely digital.
Approve employees and select a company bike
Once you have successfully signed up, your employees can register via a personalized link on our online portal. Once you, as the employer, have approved their registration, they will receive an order code for their company bike.
They can then easily order their preferred company bike using their order code from one of our used bike leasing partners. Currently, orders can be placed through the online shops of REBIKE, Upway, and LikedBikes. Your employees benefit from a wide selection: all brands and bike types are available. Additionally, at REBIKE, they can test their bike during a test ride and receive personalized advice at one of the eight REBIKE stores.
Management of company bicycle leasing
Just as when leasing a new bike, your employees enter into a contract with their employer for the use of the bike. The contract term is 36 months. Upon request and if possible, we offer them the company bike at a reduced price at the end of the contract term.
As an employer, you manage your company bike leasing program through our digital portal. Using a real-time export feature, you can retrieve all the necessary information you need for the internal processing of the company bike leasing program and for your payroll as an employer.
