The "Voted Customer Service of the Year" award is a year-round concept for testing the actual performance of a company's own customer service as part of a qualitative audit.
Test phase
In a 10-week test phase, the quality of our customer service was tested using mystery checks.
Our service team received 225 undercover mystery inquiries from real consumers by phone, email, live chat and social media.
Assessment
The test inquiries were evaluated and points awarded using a channel-dependent list of criteria. Among other things, the waiting times and availability, the politeness of the customer advisors and the general quality of the exchange were evaluated.
