Fill out the registration form - it only takes a few steps. We then carry out a credit check. Upon successful verification, you will receive access to our online portal.
Portal setup
You define your company’s policies in the online portal. What is the maximum purchase price of the bike? How many bikes may be leased per employee? You can then share your individual registration link with your staff. Registration is entirely electronic.
Approval
Each employee registration is verified and approved by you. This is done with just one click - your employee automatically receives an individual order code for ordering the company bike from the local specialist dealer. The rest is done automatically via the digital portal.
Administration
A real-time export from our digital portal provides you with all the information you need for your payroll.
