Damage and theft reports
Our answers to frequent questions from employers.
Regular maintenance
To ensure that your new dream bike is a safe and functional companion in everyday life and on the way to work, it should be serviced regularly. Some maintenance can easily be carried out by yourself without having to contact a professional. For example, the tire pressure should be checked regularly and the bike should be cleaned to protect it from rust. The chain should also be checked. Our specialist retail partners offer support as part of the all-round protection.

Crash or flat tire?
How is the company bike insured?
The all-round protection package that the employee selects for the company bike guarantees carefree leasing. If maintenance cannot be carried out by the employee themselves, the professionals at our specialist bike shops can help.

Our theft & damage protection covers all sudden and unforeseeable damage or destruction to the leased object, e.g. due to theft, burglary or break-in:
Theft, burglary or robbery
operating errors
Simple negligence
accidental damage
vandalism
Design, material or workmanship defects
Overvoltage, induction or implosion
Storm, frost, ice, earthquake or flooding
Damage to the motor or battery
Note: Depending on the option selected (Premium or All-inclusive), a distinction is made between time and replacement value insurance. If the premium option for theft and damage protection has been selected, the leasing contract is terminated in the event of theft or total loss and the bike is not replaced. The bike only needs to be locked. If the all-inclusive option was selected, the bike will be replaced in the event of theft or total loss, provided the bike was locked.
