About bike leasing. Find out more in the Lease a Bike blog.
An interim summary. The riders of Team Visma | Lease a Bike have had an eventful spring. Despite a few injuries and crashes, the first tours of the year and the Spring Classics were full of highlights for the Bees!
The start has been made: the employer is already offering employees company bike leasing, the dream job bike has been selected and is ready to go. But who is allowed to ride my job bike? A good question.
Company bike leasing is an attractive way for employees and employers to provide or use a bicycle or e-bike in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way. There are many providers, such as JobRad, BusinessBike or Bikeleasing. However, there is often confusion about terms such as “job bike” and “company bike”. Are they synonymous or are there differences?
The world of work is changing - and so are the mobility options offered by employers. The latest Future Mobility Lab report on corporate mobility, based on two extensive surveys of employers and employees in Germany, sheds light on the trends and potential in occupational mobility.
In recent years, company bike leasing has developed from a niche offer to a widespread alternative or supplement to public transport and company cars. Tax incentives have made the model particularly attractive. Many companies now offer leasing options for bicycles and e-bikes, which means that a large number of employees can afford a high-quality bike.
For many cyclists, the best time of the year begins with the first rays of spring sunshine. Whether for work, trips into the countryside or simply for everyday mobility - your bike or e-bike should be in top shape after the winter break to get you through the new season safely and comfortably.
